Returns for Full-Priced Purchases
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the watch within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided the product is returned in the same condition it was received: new, unused, and with all original tags still attached. We offer you the option to choose between a refund, a replacement, or a gift voucher.

Returns for Promotional Purchases
For purchases made during a promotion or with a discount, we do not offer a cash refund. Instead, you can opt for a gift voucher for the amount equivalent to the value of the purchase, which can be used at any time on our site. This will be issued after we have received and inspected the returned item under the described conditions.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in intact condition, unused and undamaged.
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Procedure

  2. Packaging: Ensure that the watch is carefully packaged using the original packaging, labels, and documentation.
  3. Shipping: Follow the instructions provided by our customer service to send the package to our return center.

Gift Voucher

  • You will receive a gift voucher in digital format via email once the return process is completed.
  • The voucher is valid for future purchases on our site and cannot be converted into cash.
  • The voucher is not combinable with other promotions or discounts.
