On our site, we offer the sale of wristwatches. All product information, including images, descriptions, and prices, is presented with the highest accuracy possible. However, we do not guarantee that there are no typographical errors or discrepancies.
Purchase Methods
- Order Procedure: Orders can be placed directly through the site. By completing the payment, the customer confirms the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Product Availability: Product availability is regularly updated, but occasional discrepancies may occur. In case a product is unavailable, the customer will be notified and may choose between a refund or an alternative.
- Prices and Taxes: All prices listed are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise indicated.
Shipping:
All shipments are insured to ensure the maximum security of your purchase.
ITALY: Free shipping with insurance included.
EUROPE: Free shipping with FedEx (including Turkey and Switzerland. Iceland excluded)
ICELAND, RUSSIA, CHINA, HONG KONG, JAPAN, USA, CANADA: A fixed cost of €10.00 will be applied.
INTERNATIONAL: For shipments outside the above territories, a fixed cost of €15.00 will be applied.
Shipping to the United Kingdom:
All prices in our website are VAT excluded and UK VAT will be payed directly to UK customs when package will arrive in UK.
Orders to the United Kingdom are shipped directly from our logistics center in Italy via express courier (DHL or UPS). The shipping cost is €9.99 for oder under 200 pounds and is free over 200 pounds.
All orders will be dispatched the day after order made or on the same day if order is placed before 12:00 PM. Delivery time is usually 3-4 business days from dispatch. Please note that customs clearance times may vary, and any delays caused by UK customs inspections or import procedures are beyond our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier link to follow your parcel.
Returns and Refunds

- Promotional Orders: Refund exclusively via voucher.
- Standard Orders: Direct refund or via voucher, at the customer's discretion.
