Shipping Times

Orders are generally shipped within 4 business days from the confirmation of purchase. During special promotions or holidays, shipping times may vary, but we will always keep you informed via email about the status of your order.

Shipping:

All shipments are insured to ensure the maximum security of your purchase.

ITALY: Free shipping with insurance included.

EUROPE: Free shipping with FedEx (including Turkey and Switzerland. Iceland excluded)

ICELAND, RUSSIA, CHINA, HONG KONG, JAPAN, USA, CANADA: A fixed cost of €10.00 will be applied.

INTERNATIONAL: For shipments outside the above territories, a fixed cost of €15.00 will be applied.

Shipping to the United Kingdom : 

All prices in our website are VAT excluded and UK VAT will be payed directly to UK customs when package will arrive in UK. 

Orders to the United Kingdom are shipped directly from our logistics center in Italy via express courier (DHL or UPS). The shipping cost is €9.99 for oder under 200 pounds and is free over 200 pounds. 

All orders will be dispatched the day after order made or on the same day if order is placed before 12:00 PM.  Delivery time is usually 3-4 business days from dispatch. Please note that customs clearance times may vary, and any delays caused by UK customs inspections or import procedures are beyond our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier link to follow your parcel.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by couriers or force majeure events (e.g., strikes, adverse weather conditions, etc.).
